“3篇与课题相关的论文,基金第一标注只有1篇,其余两篇是第二标注。基金标注极不规范,今后应该加以重视。”
Comment:是不是显得太刻意了?无聊!
“采用的分析方法和方案基本上是大气科学领域前人常用的方法,在研究方案描述时未能体现出很好的新颖性和独特性。”
Comment:研究思想创新与方法创新是两回事。前人常用的方法就不能在创新研究中使用了?
“太平洋经向模又是一个很生疏的名词,名词本身无任何物理意义,应尽量避免无物理意义的名词。”
Comment:“内行”也会很生疏!
